Casey, Having attended a number of Telecom training courses in my career, the T/M (VAR) training without a doubt surpassed any of these, including BICSI classes that are considered some of the best in the world. Having the opportunity for unlimited interaction is not only unique, but invaluable in itself. Most training classes, including the industry giants, most often discourage this due to a specific structure, and time constraints. Charlie and I came away with a wealth of knowledge that will greatly assist us our company in sales opportunities, as well as service delivery. This will also ensure that Wyle can represent T-Metrics products as well as your team does. It was also apparent to us that T-Metrics selection process in recruiting new employees places a high value on building a support staff that shares both the company's values, and vision. I'm sure this is a big factor that has allowed the 400/oo growth rate that Roger indicated T-Metrics has experienced. The training course we received is well structured, covering all important areas, and in having Terry, Danielle, Harold, Roger, and yourself as instructors makes great sense, since they have developed, sell, and install your systems. Other companies will typically hand-off the training to an instructor that has often had no field experience at all. This same approach seems to also flow down to T-Metrics having all their new employees participate in all of your service areas when they come on board, such as Alex attending the training with us this week. The only recommendation I would have would be to consider distributing the course material during the course that would allow students to reference it during the training, and also make notes. However, there may be a good reason why you guys prefer to not distribute that material in advance. Please feel free to use any comments during our week of training. I will also ask Charlie to pass on his feedback since he is our lead engineer in the field, and ultimately responsible for Wyle's success on the AMC Roll-out! In closing, I have already shared with my management team that you will be working with us directly in supporting our efforts to expand business for Wyle. We are excited and look forward to working with you, and the T-Metrics team. Please also share my feedback with your management team and entire crew, as we certainly appreciated the hospitality extended to us during our T-Metrics training visit. Thanks, Bruce Niceley/RCDD, TPM Director of Telecommunications Wyle Information Systems
